KYOTO – SWISS LIFE AM

Voximo is assisting Swiss Life Asset Managers promote the Kyoto building located in Grand-Saconnex in Geneva.

Scheduled for completion in June 2024 and located in Green Village, Kyoto is a nine-storey building that offers 12,000 sqm of commercial and administrative space. The building is designed for optimal energy efficiency, meets high sustainability standards and is aiming for Gold certification from the SNBS Building label.

A successful marketing program was implemented to attract new tenants and support commercialisation. Inspirational branding was created in line with the identity of the neighborhood as a whole. 3D visuals allow users to project themselves into their future workplace. Various communication tools, including a website in two languages, present all the assets of the building. The available spaces are actively promoted through a comprehensive marketing system including, among others: digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Performance Max), billboards and media advertising. The international dimension of the building has been fully taken into account and the targeting has been adjusted accordingly to maximise investments.
