STOCKHOLM – IMPLENIA

Voximo was commissioned by Implenia to carry out the teasing phase of the Stockholm building.

Delivered in 2027, this is the only office building available for sale (PPE) in Green Village. Voximo supports the pre-marketing phase of the building. 6,800 sqm of surface area will be spread over 6 floors of more than 1,200 sqm each. These modular offices will be convertible at the tenant’s discretion, with flexibility from their design to the finishes.
Stockholm is named after the city where the first United Nations Conference was held, which put environmental protection at the heart of the international agenda. Environmentally friendly, it is part of the Green Village neighbourhood, which is in the process of being certified “SEED next generation living”.
