Hugo Houbart

Hugo joined Voxia as Event Manager in 2022.

He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Geneva (UNIGE) and taught for 6 years to students of the Master in European Studies. Hugo has also taught courses in discourse analysis, rhetoric and persuasion. He regularly works with political organisations, associations and Think tanks to share his knowledge on public speaking.

At the same time, Hugo has organised numerous courses, conferences, trainings, round tables, cocktail parties and working lunches during his years at the UNIGE. He also actively participated in the organisation of the UN 70th anniversary open day in Geneva in 2015.
