Another record year for Interiman Group, which announces the arrival of Christophe Zimmerli as CEO

Interiman Group, Switzerland’s leading provider of human resources and recruitment services, reports a consolidated turnover of CHF 593 million for the 2023 financial year, a rise of 5.7% compared with 2022. This increase confirms Interiman Group’s leadership, despite the Swiss market being down by 5.8%, according to the Swissstaffing index. This performance, in a challenging employment market, was made possible by the constant commitment of all the teams and by strengthening the Group’s visibility on digital platforms and social networks. This presence has generated over 670’000 applications, with the publishing of almost 19’000 job offers in 2023. The Group has also recorded an increase in the number of internal employees, from 500 in 2022 to almost 530 by the end of 2023.

Christophe Zimmerli is appointed CEO of Interiman Group as of 1^st March 2024. The 51-year-old Swiss citizen, trained as an attorney and holding a doctorate in law, has a rich professional background in the operational, strategic and legal fields. In particular, Christophe Zimmerli has held a number of executive positions (CEO; Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer; Regional General Counsel) with leading industrial companies, both in Switzerland and abroad.

Christophe Zimmerli succeeds Robin Gordon, who joined the Group in 2007, subsequently became a partner and was appointed CEO in 2013. After more than 11 years in this role, Robin Gordon considered that the time had come to hand over the reins. He will remain involved in the Group’s governance, as he will now be Chairman of the Board of Directors.
